In October 2023, a delegation of the Lombardy Region led by President Attilio Fontana, which also included the Region’s Undersecretary for International and European Relations, Raffaele Cattaneo, the Secretary General of Confindustria Lombardia, Dario Voltattorni, as well as representatives of the Lombardy academic world and the UCIMU Group, was engaged in high-level institutional meetings to further consolidate the already excellent relations between Lombardy and Vietnam.
The institutional delegation also visited the province of Binh Duong thanks to the support of Maily Anna Maria Nguyen, President of the Italy-Vietman Foundation and representative in Europe and Switzerland of Becamex IDC, the development agency of the province of Binh Duong.
