At present, Vietnam\u2019s system is <strong data-start=\"893\" data-end=\"908\">centralized<\/strong> and managed by the <strong data-start=\"928\" data-end=\"946\">State Treasury<\/strong>, which is part of the <strong data-start=\"969\" data-end=\"992\">Ministry of Finance<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1363\">During the meeting, <strong data-start=\"1015\" data-end=\"1038\">Mr. Onelio Pignatti<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1040\" data-end=\"1112\">Director General for Financial Policies of the Emilia-Romagna Region<\/strong>, began with an overview of the different types of accounting systems, then described the <strong data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1232\">regional accounting system<\/strong>, the <strong data-start=\"1238\" data-end=\"1273\">principles on which it is based<\/strong>, and explained how the <strong data-start=\"1297\" data-end=\"1327\">planning and control cycle<\/strong> applied in Emilia-Romagna operates.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1365\" data-end=\"1708\">The Emilia-Romagna Region has maintained <strong data-start=\"1406\" data-end=\"1443\">relations with Vietnam since 2012<\/strong>. Over the years, numerous <strong data-start=\"1470\" data-end=\"1504\">institutional and study visits<\/strong> have taken place involving representatives of <strong data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1592\">Vietnamese institutions and companies<\/strong>.
