On December 3, 2025, in Bologna, a Vietnamese delegation from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, led by Colonel Hoang Dai Nghia, met with Raffaella Campaner, Vice Rector for International Relations at the University of Bologna.
The meeting focused on the development of the university system of the world’s oldest university and on its quality assurance framework.
