On December 3, 2025, in Bologna, the Italy–Vietnam Foundation organized a meeting between a delegation from the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam, led by Colonel Hoang Dai Nghia, and Raffaella Campaner, Vice Rector for International Relations at the University of Bologna. The meeting focused on the development of the university system of the world’s oldest university and on quality management models.
