The Italy-Vietnam Foundation took part in the Italian Fair organized by Prometeo and Icham, held in Da Nang from November 6 to 8, represented by Vice President Tomaso Andreatta, based in Saigon.
More than 30 exhibitors attended, most of whom came to Vietnam specifically for the fair, along with several Italian companies already established in the country. Among the best-represented sectors were mechanics and electrotechnics, luxury and contract furniture, and food and beverage. Insurance companies, banks, and consulting firms were also present.
Each sector featured a dedicated seminar attended by local Vietnamese companies, and several targeted B2B meetings were held.
The first day opened with institutional meetings between the authorities of Da Nang — in particular the Deputy Mayor — and the Italian diplomatic delegation, including the Ambassador and the Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City, who holds territorial responsibility up to this area.
