On September 7, 2023, Ambassador Duong Hai Hung held a working meeting with Lombardy Region President Attilio Fontana and Undersecretary of State with responsibility for economy Raffaele Cattaneo at the Lombardy Region headquarters. Also present were Pham Van Hong, President of the Italy-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce, and Maily Anna Maria Nguyen, President of the Italy-Vietnam Foundation. Specific measures were planned to promote relations between Vietnam and the Lombardy Region, including the exchange of delegations in the coming years.
