Andrea Dezi works as a university researcher at the International School of Business of the Banking Academy of Vietnam and is currently a PhD candidate in Business Management at the Hanoi University of Science and Technology.
He previously served as an administrative officer in various managerial roles at the University of Macerata for over twenty years, dealing with internationalization, quality assurance, and human resources management. He also held senior positions within the Academic Senate and the Board of Directors of the University of Macerata.
His main research interests include entrepreneurship, internationalization of education and research, and human resource management.
The Committee for Studies and Research of the Italy-Vietnam Foundation promotes in-depth analysis of the political, economic, cultural, and social dynamics that connect the two countries. Through research activities, publications, seminars, and collaborations with universities and research centers, the Committee fosters the production and dissemination of strategic knowledge to guide cooperation policies and strengthen bilateral dialogue. Its goal is to build a solid foundation of data, ideas, and perspectives to support informed decisions and shared projects, contributing to a deeper and lasting understanding between Italy and Vietnam.
