Made in Italy and Slow Food: Tomaso Andreatta at the Casa Italia Workshop in Hanoi

Tomaso Andreatta, Vice President of the Italy-Vietnam Foundation, will speak at the workshop “Italian Lifestyle and the Slow Food Movement: Quality over Quantity”, taking place on 6 May 2026 at Casa Italia – Centre for the Promotion of Italy at 18 Le Phung Hieu, Hanoi, Vietnam.

The event is organised by the Embassy of Italy in Vietnam on the occasion of the National Made in Italy Day.

The workshop will focus on “Quality over Quantity”, an approach to food and nutrition that is becoming increasingly popular both in Italy and in Vietnam.

The presentations and discussion will cover topics such as sustainable agriculture, food safety and quality management, the transformation of the food system, and the promotion of traditional agri-food products.
